Bureaucratic Reform (RB) is an effort to make fundamental reforms and changes to the system of governance, especially concerning institutional aspects (organization), management (business process), and human resources of the apparatus. Bureaucratic reform is carried out in the context of realizing good governance.
The aim of the RB is to "create a professional government bureaucracy with adaptive characteristics, integrity, high performance, clean and free of corruption, collusion and nepotism, able to serve the public, neutral, prosperous, dedicated, and uphold the basic values and ethics of the state apparatus "Button.
To meet the objectives of the RB, every ministry and agency (government agency) in Indonesia has a responsibility to meet the needs of the community on an ongoing basis through improving the quality of services to realize community satisfaction according to its core business.
In order to evaluate the quality of public services conducted by each government agency, the Ministry of PAN and RB conducted a Survey on the Results of the Bureaucratic Reform (SHPRB) and the Integrity Zone Survey (ZI).
Before carrying out their duties, prospective officers both the enumerator and supervisor are equipped with learning materials related to the methodology and technical implementation of the SHPRB, so that the quality of the data from the field can be maintained.
