Recruitment of Prospective Statistics Partners in 2025
Number: B-2190/32051/KP.200/2024
Following up on the letter from the Head of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Java Province Number B-2872/32000/PR.110/2024 dated October 3, 2024 concerning the Technical Explanation of the Recruitment Activities for Prospective Statistics Partners of BPS in 2025, BPS Garut Regency will hold the Recruitment of Prospective Statistics Partners in 2025. This activity is carried out as part of the initial registration process for the needs of prospective statistics partners who will take the next stage as prospective officers for survey/census/data processing activities for the 2025 Fiscal Year at BPS Garut Regency. The requirements and qualifications for prospective statistical partners in 2025 are as follows:
A. Criteria That Must Be Met
Prospective Statistical Partners in 2025 are expected to meet the following requirements:
1. Not a State Civil Apparatus;
2. Physically/mentally healthy;
3. Disciplined and committed;
4. Willing to work under contract;
5. Willing to take training (if any);
6. Able to speak Indonesian well and read and write Latin letters;
7. Able to communicate well;
8. Preferred to have a minimum education of high school/equivalent;
9. Preferred to be domiciled in the registration area;
10. Preferred to be aged 18 to 50 years at the time of registration;
11. Preferred to have, master, and be able to use gadgets/tablets/smartphones with the following specifications:
Minimum version 5.0, with internal GPS that functions normally
A minimum of 2 GB or more of available internal storage capacity
Minimum RAM capacity 3 GB, recommended 4 GB or more
A minimum camera of 8 MP and functions normally
Able to connect to the internet network
12. Preferred to have and be able to drive a motorized vehicle;
13. Preferred to have experience with census/survey activities at BPS;
14. Able to cooperate and coordinate with team members, BPS employees, Village/Sub-district Apparatus, SLS Chair/Management, and others.
B. Selection Stages
Prospective BPS statistics partners of Garut Regency must follow each stage of the selection as follows:
1. Administrative Selection (21 - 27 October 2024)
a. Prospective Partners who register for recruitment must have a SOBAT BPS account.
b. Prospective Partners who already have a Sobat account can do the following:
· Login to the SOBAT BPS application (can be downloaded from the Playstore or click the following link:

· Update personal data and complete files. Filling guide:

c. Prospective Partners who do not yet have a Sobat account can register an account. The new account registration guide can be seen in the following video: http://s.bps.go.id/Registrasi_SOBATBPS

e. For Prospective Statistics Partners with the status "Accepted" in the administrative selection stage, then access the "Competency Test" menu to select the Competency Test session schedule. Here is the guide: http://s.bps.go.id/Panduan_Seleksi_Mitra
f. Registration will be closed early if the quota is full.
2. Competency Selection (October 28 - November 8, 2024)
a. Competency Test session selection can only be done once.
b. Competency Test is carried out independently by prospective partners during the selection period (until November 8, 2024).
c. The Competency Test consists of a written test that is completed for 60 minutes on the SOBAT BPS application, as well as a written interview by filling out a google form at the link s.id/SeleksiAkhir_3205

3. Announcement of Results (December 5, 2024)
a. Prospective Statistics Partners can view the recruitment results announcement through the Registration Status on the "2025 Partner Recruitment-Selection" activity on the Sobat Application on December 5, 2024 Instructions: http://s.bps.go.id/Pengumuman_Hasil_Akhir
b. Prospective statistics partners who are declared "ACCEPTED" will be entered into the
BPS Garut Regency statistics partner database for 2025
c. Statistics Partners registered in the database will be selected as field/processing officers for statistics activities in 2025 according to BPS Garut Regency policies.
