List of Tariffs and Types of BPS PNBP Services

In accordance with Law No. 16 of 1997, BPS carries out the mission of providing quality statistical data through integrated statistical activities and national and international standards through the provision of various statistical products.

The issuance of Law Number 9 of 2018 concerning Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) encourages BPS to make changes to the PNBP provisions applicable to BPS. The provisions previously regulated through Government Regulation Number 7 of 2015 concerning Types and Tariffs for Types of PNBP applicable to BPS. Currently, it has been replaced by Government Regulation Number 13 of 2024.

BPS Statistical Product Sales Services starting in 2024 have new tariffs that have been stipulated in Government Regulation No. 13 of 2024 concerning types and tariffs for types of Non-Tax State Revenue applicable to the Central Statistics Agency.

The tariffs and types of PNBP services at BPS include:

1. sales of electronic publications

2. sales of micro data

3. sales of digital maps of statistical work areas
