Abstract

The number of the workforce in August 2021 was 1.2 million people, an increase of 44.17 thousand people compared to August 2020. In line with the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), which also increased by 1.65 percentage points from 61.11 percent in August 2020 to 62.76 in August 2021.

In the last year, TPT fell to 8.68 percent in August 2021 from 8.96 in the previous year
The working population is 1.10 million people, an increase of 43.56 thousand people from August 2020

A total of 0.6 million people (54.38 percent) work in informal activities
