Abstract

The number of poor people in Garut Regency has decreased by around 4.69 thousand in 2022, from 281.36 thousand in 2021 to 276.67 thousand in 2022, from 281.36 thousand in 2021 to 276.67 thousand in 2022.
The percentage of poor people in Garut Regency has decreased by 0.23 percent, from 10.65 percent in 2021 to 10.42 percent in 2022.
The poverty line (GK) of Garut Regency has increased by 4.71 percent from Rp. 320,050.- per capita per month (in 2021) to Rp. 335,134.- per capita per month (2022).
The Poverty Depth Index (P1) rose from 1.40 to 1.81, an increase of 0.41 point. And the Poverty Severity Index (P2) rose from 0.29 to 0.45, or an increase of 0.16 points.
