Abstract

 The total workforce in August 2023 will be 1.39 million people, an increase of 0.06 million people compared to August 2022. The Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) increased by 1.26 percentage points from 68.64 percent to 70.10 percent.

 The working population is 1.29 million people, an increase of 0.06 million people from August 2022.

 As many as 0.32 million people (24.90 percent) worked in formal activities, an increase of 0.02 million people compared to August 2022.

 The Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in August 2023 was 7.33 percent, down by 0.27 percentage points compared to August 2022 which was 7.60 percent.
